  1. LOL !!!

I realy want to know what goes into a kmart bath bomb cuz then I could tell her , Sure , I can do that after I take out the shea butter cocoa butter, jojoba oil, half the amount of fragrance, and hmmmm, how would she like if I just make a special recipe for her.

    Baking soda

    a pinch of citric acid

    corn starch

    lard

    a dash of table salt

    a couple drops of fo

that should do it....I could make a serious profit on these bad boys.

    :tiptoe:

I love your responses but all kidding aside , even if she came to her senses (which I doubt) I still would not do biz with her. She'd probably think up some scam to get a refund. Shes bad news.

  2. I think you should go to the dollar store buy bath fizzes 4 for $1.00 and send him them!!!

If he loves K-marts balls, then he will fall in love the the Dollar store ones!!:laugh2:

It will cost you $12.50 for the bunch of balls and you will make $37.50.

Honestly, it sounds like some foreigner who is trying to scam you.

He will probably use paypal and then try to get his money back, or his credit card will be denied!!!

    RUN AWAY from this one!!!:tiptoe:

    :laugh2::laugh2::laugh2::laugh2:

  3. I got this email today from ebay...

Hi, I will give you $50 for the 50 4oz SHEA BATH BOMBS BOMB FIZZY u pik scent - including shipping. $50 total. I will be using these for myself - NOT FOR RESALE - so I will not be trying to undercut you. The 4 oz. bath bombs I buy from Kmart are $1 each, so it makes no sense for me to pay more. There is the potential that I will become a good customer though and will probably end up placing several orders a year since I take a bath every single day after work and will use them up quickly. Please let me know if this works for you. Thanks, Christina

    K-mart ? WTF !!!

Anyone have an ingredient list for the balls at kmart :laugh2:

I am so irritated with this email I dont even know how to respond.

  4. It sounds like you either didnt mix everything well enough together or there is to much oil. Just add a little more cornstarch and knead it really well. If it is still to soft repeat. It is kinda like the real playdough. If it sits out it Will start to dry up on you. The real test would be to make it and then put it in a sealed container. Let it sit for a couple days and check the consistency. HTH

  5. I have been searching forever for a new supplier to buy SLSA from. I used to buy from Alabaster but they are no longer going to carry it. I found a chemical co. willing to sell by a 250 lb drum I was thinking of trying my first co-op but fear of being ripped off then having to refund over $1000. to co-op people. So how can I be sure I will not fall victim? I checked the BBB but there is nothing for this co. Stepan directed me to this co. so I am pretty confident they are ok but just wanted to get some opinions.

Another question, I just have a basic free account with paypal and I was wondering if they have a limited amount that you can recieve in payments per month. I searched the site but found nothing pertaining to this but I thought there was a limit. Maybe I am thinking of the CC co I used to have. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

  6. Super Mild Surfactant Blend™ INCI: Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (and) Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate.

Instead of straight Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate in your bubble bombs, powders, etc.

Is it as good bubbly wise?

Can you give me a comparison to each? pros/cons.

    thank you

  7. Weird or not so weird? I made M&P soaps w/ cotton candy fo and they turned brown. Dont know what supplier it was from though. I used it all up and tossed the bottle. I think I got it off the boards here. So , tell me, has anyone else had this issue? I just bought some from Candle science, waiting for it to arrive. I need to know if I should use stabalizer or not. Thank you:)

  8. M&P scented in waterblossom ivy. I am sooo upset. I tried to find a loaf ribbon mold to no prevail so I ventured into trying to make my own. As you can see I failed miserably. I have been trying to make this mold for weeks and finally thought I had it using a gallon jug. Once I cut and shaped it to where I thought it looked nice, I poured the soap and the mold started to lose its shape a bit. Against my better judgement I still used the molded ribbon and figured it wouldnt look so bad AND THEN GOT THIS!!! Does anyone know where I could get a ribbon loaf mold?
