Lip balm recipe sounds great. Not for sure what AKO is! I know it's going to be something simple, just can't put my finger on it! Thanks.
I have made this recipe and it is the only cream I use to keep my hand from getting super dry in the winter. My hands are sensitive to some soaps and when they get red and cracked, this cream saves the day.http://www.thesage.com/recipes/recipes.php3?.State=Display&id=190
This is a lip balm recipe I made up too.
1.5 oz beeswax
.75 oz kokum
.75 oz cocoa butter
.5 oz coffee butter
1oz emu oil
.5 oz ako
.5 oz liquid shea
.5 oz macadamia nut oil
.2 oz castor oil

You did not add any oils at all? Just coffee butter and cocoa butter? Sounds wonderful! Thanks!
You can use any recipe just sub coffee for one of the other butters. I made a fabulous whipped butter with equal parts coffee/ cocoa & everyone loves it. -
I have this wonderful coffee butter a dear friend sent me for Christmas. I'm looking for a body butter and lip balm recipe with coffee butter in them. Can anyone share any ideas or recipes? Thanks! Bernie:yes:
