Well since she posted the problem in a THREAD about this very thing, I believe she had every right to post about it whether she had contacted DS yet or not. Also you say Stacy would have fixed this problem had she been contacted first...ummm..ok, Stacy is the one who DISCONTINUED the sniffies withou giving notice..Stacy is the one who took this order in and charged the customer for the sniffies KNOWING she took the sniffies off her site...so how would Stacy NOT know about this order..she took it, she filled it, she charged the customer and she shipped it...she has no one to blame or be pissy with but herself!

Wow, it seems as though you have a bone to pick with Daystar huh? She gave her the refund. I think Stacy has alot on her plate right now with acquiring Serendipities oils. Give her a break. My goodness. It was all reconciled in the end.

And I, for one, love having the suppliers listen in and participate. Not only do they contribute, but it helps them service us better. As individuals, as crafters, and as vendors I welcome them.

Wow, I didn't know that. I also love suppliers listening in on this board and participating. This is where they get to know our wants and needs. I do think this issue should have been taken up with Stacy before vented on this board also. Stacy has great oils and great customer service and if she had been contacted, she would have fixed the problem. I don't think I would ever order a sniffie either though because I have to throw it in some wax to tell if I like it or not. Sniffies to me are also a waste of money. IMO.

I don't think Lush Island Retreat smells like Hawaiian Tropics tanning oil either. It is definitely more fruity. IMO.

OMG, I love BJBC and Berry Creme Brulee. I'm a nut over bakery scents though. The BJBC is one of my best sellers. I just ordered another lb.

Now, I'm gonna have to try the Wildberry Mousse. I wanted to order some of that palm glow wax anyway. Might as well give it a try!

I love CC's Candy Corn

I mix my own Caramel Apple. Snowtop's green apple and CC's Ooey gooey caramel goodness. Sometimes I use Peak's Mac Apple. 60% apple to 40% caramel. It comes out yummy and strong!

OMG, I have so many vanillas on my list and they are all different. I would have to say as far as true vanilla without any bakery, MC's Extreme Vanilla or BCN's Vanilla Velvet, would be my choice. But, I love CC's Vanilla Voodoo and Daystar's Ultimate Vanilla. They smell very similar and they are good!

I like This Ole House from TCS and I just ordered Alaskan Wilderness and Ozark Forest from AH/RE to give them a try. My MIL loves pine scents so I'm always on the lookout. I usually stick with Mistletoe from Candlescience around the holidays. It's a great pine scent. I hear great things about Rocky Mountain Christmas, I think it's called, from FOH. I'm gonna try that one also because I love FOH.

Snowtop's Baked Apples is awesome! I've also just poured FOH's Cinnamon Apple Berry and love it. One of my new favs.

Candlebuddy, I tried the Lemon Sugar in C-3 and it did have a fuel smell. I love it in tarts though. I tried the Lemon Tart from Backwoods and no fuel smell but not much of a throw. I had to get right on top of it to smell it. I haven't tried the Yeah Mon yet. It does smell like a Pina Colada OOB though.

I mixed half and half the tart wax from KY and C3 for my chunks because C3 straight up was too soft. It crumbled when I cut it up. I did the overpour in C3. It came out great but I did pour the overpour at a low temp to make sure it didn't melt the chunks. I did Ile Flottante chunks with vanilla cream and Mac Apple chunks with ooey gooey caramel. I also did Caramel Pecan Pie chunks with southern vanilla and Lemon Pound cake with Got Milk. They all smell yummy! I'm always trying to come up with some creative mixtures.

It's fun. I love doing chunk candles just a little more time consuming!

I second the Summer Garden from Flickers. Awesome!

Woodland Breeze, Pumpkin Cornbread, Lemon Tart, Patchouli and I'm still on the fence about Pink Pepperberry. The patchouli is the best I've found. Lemon Tart didn't throw great for me in my C3 containers but I love it in my tarts.

For some reason, I personally did not like BCN's Strawberry Jam. I didn't think it was a true strawberry smell. It smelled fake. I'm also looking for a great strawberry/strawberries-n-cream scent. I'm burning JBN's Bird of Paradise and Strawberries-n-cream and not getting much of a throw after curing for about 4 weeks in C3. Now, I did get a good strawberries-n-cream from Greenleaf but I was looking at JS because they have this Super Strong Strawberry on sale along with Strawberry Pearl which I love!

Don't forget the Southern Vanilla.
