I have been out of the loop for a while, I just needed a little time away from candles and B&B but now that the holidays are close by and shows to do I guess I better get myself back in gear...lol

I haven't been here in a while but I wanted to share my latest project. White Pumpkin Souffle foaming salt scrub. I searched hi and low for these silly whtie pumpkins. I went to Target, Michaels, Walmart, Pier One and Hobby Lobby! I finally decided to go to my local super market and just buy regular small pumpkins and spray paint them. Well who knew that the most convenient place would have the flippin white pumpkins, I should have checked the supermarket first...lol

I have been waiting on Cute Cabana Boy for 8 months now  

Im going to order it this weekend from Peaks, I will post up some pics of my results when I get them made. I did a search for the polyboost 150 but did not come up with much. I saw polyboost 130 and 165 but not the 150.

Thanks Ksranch & Puma, based on your recs I think I will try the 1274 from Peaks. I will start without the additive and see how that goes then add them in as needed.I love the green, orange and pink candles Puma, they look great!

Great, thanks Ksranch, what does the polyboost do? Can I get that at Peaks?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Mottling wax? Right now I'm looking at Candlewic and Peaks but any suggestions are appreciated.

@ChrisR...I have used their Salty Mariner dupe and Jungle dupe in soap with no issues. I will be trying more but so far that is it!

Got this BBW dupe from Fragrance Buddy and made melts out of it using KY Tart Wax (now ah/re). Anyway I used half a tart at work today and it scented up the entire office for hours and I could still smell it after I turned off the melter. I normally don't like foody smells but this one is strong and yummy!

Candle Cocoon, has Mulberry and Moonbeams but I have never tried it so can't say what it smells like.

I use Peak's Pink Sugar and its strong in my parasoy. You can also mix it with a little bit of sugar cookie and it will pump up the sweet scent.

I use the red molds all the time from ED, I like them and I made some wood sides to go around and stabilize them. Give them a try, they are a good price and work well.

I'm going to 2nd the Earthen Oak from MW.

That turned out great, love the colors, I also tried the Dandelion Zebra Swirl it turned out ok but want to try it again.

Sounds more like a USPS issue then Peak, once a product leaves their warehouse or any other vendor they have no control over how it is handled. I know that USPS as well other shipping companies are not very gentle with packages. As far as being out of stock, it happens, it just sucks that it you will not be able to have it for your day off.

@Candybee...I like the Select Shades but in this case I really think it was the dab of NG's Neon Pink that I put in there that really added to the intensity of the color. Thanks everyone., yep, its CP, I think I just got lucky with the color....lol I used Select Shades Violet Red and NG's Neon Pink. The addition of the neon pink seemed to make the red more vibrant. I'm noticing as it cures that more of the pink is starting to show up.

I tried my hand at a watermelon soap, this one is scented with CS Watermelon and a touch of SC Gin Martini and a touch of poppy seeds. Thanks for looking :smiley2:
