I'm so frustrated. I've made about 45 candles with soy wax -gw464 and used some of the top scents suggested- peaks and nature's garden. Every candle I make isn't strong enough and all have a slight butter scent to them-which drives me insane! I wonder if it is just the wax, but when i go to the store, their soy candles smell awesome. I'm really unsure what I'm doing wrong... Any suggestions? :embarasse -Kasie

I totally agree that they should not be used as a lotion. Not to mention she may use a lot of fo's that aren't skin safe. Just isn't a smart decision. -kasie

I wouldn't want it on my skin, but my mom said the same thing happened to her. :undecided -kasie

if you dont mind me asking, what did you like better about the cds? I see that they have bigger sizes available kasie

Hi all, I'm currently using gw 464 with eco wicks and the candles burn very well, but was wondering if there was a "better wick" for this wax - especially when double wicking. I've searched the forums and came across a post that says that jason from golden brands isn't really into wicks. I'm wondering if you use this wax what are your results with other cotton wicks?
