    As of this time, I have not received any substantial offers that I have accepted or in the process of accepting. If I do not receive any offers that will be of value to myself and the buyer, I will have to make other decisions for my customers as I do not want my existing customers to have to do without the fragrance oils that I have made a part of my family.

    Please stay tuned in for further decisions.

  2. Wildberry Mousse is awesome but I think that would be more bakery. One of my favorite scents!

    For straight berry scents, here is what preforms well in CB135 for me:

    Blueberry~southernscentsations

    Country Berry~ North Star (Blow your doors off!)

  3. So its ok for us candlemakers to get crappy customer service because the supplier is having financial difficulties huh? We should just shut up and deal with being screwed, tell our own customers to just deal with it, our supplier is having a bad time and is treating us like crap and is eventually going out of busines...deal with it? Maybe you should learn to just deal with your buddy treating her customers sh*tty!

    That is not what I said at all. I have not been on the board much lately, but I have not seen anyone post about having any problems with FOH...until now...and the few recent posts I have found it seems you were the ring leader!

    And if you want to get sh**ty about it. We are suppose to take your word for for what happened??? That is only one side of the story. And from the way you tell it, it is already second hand information.

    You're not alone....I received poor treatment from Kim as well. She had wonderful customer service until I had a problem with an oil and then she/everything changed. When I posted my negative experience, she black listed me (after I spent hundreds of dollars testing her oils!). At first I was devastated, but as I saw her prices go up by 50%, I thought maybe it was for the best.

    If she is struggling, I would wish her nothing but speedy recovery. If she should get back into this business, I would hope she might do some things a little different.

    I have never had anything but great customer service from Kim. Not all of her oils have worked in my wax though. Which is true of any supplier. All waxes are not created equal.

    I never could get Apple Cobbler Delight to throw in CB135 and I think that FO works for just about everyone! I think I might have even posted here that it did not work for me, but can't remember. I emailed her about it and she was very nice. I then tested the Autumn Harvest and preferred that one.

    My question is, why when a supplier is having problems people start coming out of the wood work to bash them? The economy has affected many of us; financially, physically and emotionally. Many suppliers have increased prices on many items not just FOH.

    FOH is going out of business, so those of you who were not satisfied with her CS or prices do not have to worry about it anymore now do you?? JMO

  5. Just went to the FOH site and she is closing!:sad2: I am so sad. I surely hope a supplier buys her so I can continue to buy all her wonderful oils.

    The economy is hitting everyone so hard.

    I am sure this is one of many of the smaller suppliers that will close this year.

    Kim you are in my prayers and hope things turn around for you!

  6. Well, I have to say that it is tough on everyone right now. Many small suppliers have been forced to go out of biz because of the economy. She is just trying to regroup so she can stay in business. I do not consider it "sh***ing" her customers. I would much rather her do what she has to in order to stay in business. Many of us have had to start working outside the home because of the economy.

    I have never had any problem with her responding to my emails, which I have with other suppliers.

    If the orders are not coming in then how is she expected to keep stock oils? JMO

    Yes, FOH is off my list for good. The way she sh*t on her good customers during the busiest time of the year is ridiculous! Wouldn't take phone calls, wouldn't answer emails for over a week, then when she did she AGREED to sell a scent straight from her supplier to a customer who was in a tight spot over this oil with a fundraiser still going on and other orders to fill but when it came time to sell the oil to the customer, she was never heard from again! How these suppliers think they can just purposely go OOS on oils right at the busiest time of the year for candlemakers and decide they aren't restocking anything til sometime in the NEXT YEAR, is just insane! Good luck keeping those customers! She is obviously having financial difficulties, but I'm sorry when you have a business that supplies other businesses with something as important as a main ingredient you can't do this type of sh*t and expect these customers to wait around for you when you do decide to restock. She will never ever get another dime of mine. So I am also on the search for replacements to her oils as is alot of other people...I have not smelled another hibiscus.
  7. I use a 50-50 blend wax and love Candle Cocoon's Red Banana with great results...

    I have tried this in CB135 and another friend has tried it in 464 and 444 with no hot throw. We really wanted this to work because it is so great OOB!

    KY's Banana Cream Pie is awesome!
