  1. I've had this problem twice. The first time, they told me to create a new account until it was resolved. It never was on the original account. This last time, I had to switch to a new computer to finally get it to work because I couldn't set up another account. (It won't let you if you use duplicate business information from your first account. I had to put in a different form of business name, another email address, and name just to do the second account.)

Definitely check your account right away. It deducted the total for several labels every time that I tried to print them and thank God that I checked my account that evening. It was A LOT Of money. Since it went through the processing stage and asked if the labels printed ok, there's a good bet that your account was billed.

  2. I spend alot of time on manufacturer sites researching and reading about ingredients and happened across it one day. I'm a geek. :laugh2:

ISP actually had a nice one page chart at one time, but I never thought to save it and couldn't find it anymore. Preservatives are tough. Everyone has a personal opinion...some don't care about parabens, some think they are evil, and the same goes for other types of preservatives. I know from experience...by the time you've read everyone else's opinion, you're more confused than when you started! :laugh2:

  3. Did you look at the Preservative Selection .pdf on the ISP site? It lists each type of product like o/w emulsion, anhydrous, etc and under the heading, the preservatives they recommend. From there, it's up to personal preference and everyone has their own opinion on why they use one or the other.

  4. I did look pretty funny...everyone noticed at Thanksgiving dinner! I was VERY noticably red starting at a line around my neck down. You could see exactly where the lotion was applied and spots I missed! I love it and it smelled wonderful in soap, but I was too scared to use it or sell it just in case. It's almost a year old and still smells wonderful! I might get up the courage to try it, yet. ;) It's definitely one of my favorites for candles and tarts. :grin2:

I suspect I'm becoming sensitized after so many years of exposure to spicy scents. :cry2:

  5. I can't compare the CB-3 with 444, but like many of you, I was really unhappy with the cracked and/or rough tops. I also had alot of problems with frosting and the scent throw wasn't up to par. I still have over half a case in storage that I keep meaning to pull for "personal" use, just need to find a scent that my husband can tolerate that also throws ok.

    :laugh2:
