after sitting over night i have approx. 30% of the LS paste that didn't dissolve is it fixable? the liquid part is clear amber colored (awesome class dh was not near as excited more stuff to make) thanks jo

donna mine was a dried out chunk lookin but left it for 30 min and i could stir this time

z when you do the cloud test what do you do with the test when done garbage? i thought i read ls didn't have a cure time? i have wanted to try this for a long time (hands burn in dish soap and would love to try shower gel too) THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP jo

I've made a few saltbars and have always added 1part salt 1part oilsand have put in oven 45-1hr.@170 are you having less crumble when you add less salt? do i leave it in the oven about right? have read posts with different amounts thanks in advance jo

that was different! the 1st one leather (75% co 25% soft oils) took 2.5 hrs in oven came out firm but not hard cooled a bit and cut center soft when cut (hard as a rock today) 2nd batch citrus splash hard a rock under 1 hr. (Same recipe) 3rd batch ylang ylang acted same as first all 3 measured out at same time and done at same temps and same batch of lye solution does weather play a factor when soaping? very humid and stormed last night tia jo

Hi back after a busy spring (i own a flower shop) and a week break before next wedding so back at testing and playing with my other stuff!
