Sounds like a great receipe. Will have to give it a try! Love your swirls.....

That is so cool! love your pillar and votives. Very pretty.

Those are beautiful pillars. I would love the rusic look and just can't get it with my palm. Do you mind if I ask what wax you used?

Is that Country Apple scent from NG ? I just ordered that one. It sounds wonderful! Your soap looks great!

This isn't a scrub but a moisturizer (sp) right? It looks wonderful! I looked in the receipe section and found the thread with the receipe. Looks easy and fun. Did it stay fluffy?

Got it made. Thanks for all your help. I will post pics when cut. Used no color, just plain soap but wanted to used my new Frank and Myrh (sp). Think I liked MMS seperate scents combined better. Will know more when it's cut.

I think I am figuring out how to do it. Got to say MMS is alot easier but this one has more functions.

I was just looking at that one. I feel like it's in Spanish or something. Which one do I use to find out how much lye to use? It looks confusing to me..

I am trying to run it through the calc but don't know where to put the veg shorting. I use MMS. Making a 60 oz batch to keep the #'s even. Want to make it with my new F&M from SW. Thanks...

I am so envious of you! I love to make cp soap but will never get such nice looking bars as you!

I use PQ for my votives when I'm not using my EL votive wax. I didn't find it that hard. I wicked it with a CD 12 and poured at about 150. I did get some holes a few times but not enough to worry. I don't think you can get it any more?

That looks great! Do you have any trouble with the texture staying fluffy like it is in the picture. I made some sugar scrub once. Whipped it for 2 hours. Fluffy like whipped cream at first, after a few months all condensed into a sugar ball!

I have had about 3 batches do that to me now! I think it has something to do with me wanting to use GM in my receipe. I was just fine when I just used a water or tea or coffee. Think I will go back to what worked best for me. A seize is no fun! Nor is it very pretty!

Good heavens! I am not used to seeing my soap on here. I sure picked some off shaped bars to show you guys! I use a Keilsi mold and I always have wavey tops. Any hints on smooth ones?

This is my pumpkin pie scented soap. It seized up like crazy and I had to actually had so scoop with my rubber gloves to get in in the mold and level with my hands. I used Peaks sweet pumpkin spice. Nice scent! no added color just the added spice and pumpkin pie filling. I will try again with more water.

I had batch do the oozing thing but it usually had honey and milk in it. I didn't know that you should not insulate it. Can't wait to try that receipe again. It was the nicest lather!

That is so cool looking! I love round soap. It feels so good in your hand when your using it.

That would be great! I have been making alot of soap for the shows comming up. Getting a late start but life has kept me really busy! Feels great to be making soap again! ( you can pm me if you like ) Thanks.

Thanks guys! Will post pics when unmolded.

I love dark soaps! I think pics should come with receipes!

I use a keilsi (sp) mold. Do I just leave it butt naked? I took the towels off. Thanks for the quick response!

Need help fast if possible. I have some goats milk cp on the bench now and I have it insulated. Is that the right thing to do? I heard it can become overheated or is that just when you have honey in it too?

What a talented man you have there! It makes a great presentation for your soap!

I don't know where I have been lately but I saw a new (to me) product called soy beads. They were colored and in a nice bath salt tube. Several scents were available. Looked real nice. Thought I would try them but don't know how to make. Anyone see these yet. They use them like a tart.
