I have 7 wholesale accounts and I love them. So much easier than retail. Mine are mainly grocery stores. I just load up my stuff, deliver, mine are within driving distance and I offer them free delivery. I have my own schedule and just re stock at my discretion. This works for me and I realize each candlemaker has his/her own minimums and policies.

Way to go! It is funny how you never know what people will buy. But it's so much fun making new things. I am happy it was a success for you.

Man, I'm glad I'm not the only 'old fogie' on here. I couldn't read it either!I would be afraid of a five wicker myself. IMO I would melt it down and make something smaller.

I think it's great:) I hope my 1st batch looks that good. The colors are pretty.

Everything looks really nice. Your banner really stands out.
Wow! It was 500.00 for the booth? Was it a one day show?
2000.00 is excellent take in. How exciting!Congrats!

Hey kiddo,it'll all come together. Take another ten minutes and have a cup pf coffee, hmmmmm....maybe decaf? Just kidding!
Don't fret! I always have a back up plan because everything happens at once around here, too! You'll get everything done and if you can't just do a few of the lotions and take orders?
As far as the speaking engagement, just pick the middle of the group and focus over their heads just a tad.... then go from the left and then the right.
BTW I wish your Mom a speedy recovery.
I wish you the very best! :highfive:

I have filled the lids with mini tarts made from candy molds. ie. snowflakes for a snowman jar, gingerbread men for a gingerbread candles.I keep to the theme on the jar. And the receiver is getting a "two in one " the candle and some tarts. hth with some ideas.

Yours look like the real thing. Great job.

I love the 'milk bottles' . the rain will certainly wreak havoc on a booth! :undecided I've been in fairs where I've had to protect my stuff and it's the pits. I think you have many nice things but I do agree on using the wooden crates for height and such.

Your candles looked very nice and I like the basket style you used

I first wrap my m&p soap in "Sam's wrap & then use the netting. keeps it safe from scratches.
