i found a recipe for a candle that i want to try that calls for 2/0 wicking and all i have now is #2 , will it make a difference ?

some waxes shrink a bit and you have to do a second pour to get the top (or bottom) evened out depending on which type wax and candle , when you order wax some companies have it listed the shrinkage By the way , Not a stupid question , we all started somwhere

when people ask me (not selling) what to do about a candle like this i tell them to get a warmer plate and use it up , WOW ! what a bad example of what a candle should do

i use 1343 and i think the pinhole problem might be tiny air bubbles trapped in your mold try heating your mold and after pouring tap all the sides with a knife to release them

what is the difference between 1343A and 1343 ? candles and supplies has 1343

i put a drop of each in a baggie then add more by drop as needed , if you keep up with the drops you get a ratio of how much of each one is needed for that scent
