I had used cotton wick which came in a spool. anyhow, planning to explore the whole of bangalore in search of a shop where i can get more varities of candle making stuff. thanks a lot again. will certainly keep posted on my next experiment

the paraffin available here does not carry any information as it is sold just in packages - Anyhow will certainly try to follow advices on wick. thanks for the prompt reply and inturn encouragement being given.

Hi all, recently I made a couple of unscented pillars. i had added 20% stearic acid to the weight of the paraffin. They came out quite well. only problem was they left lot of meltpool behind - almost 1/3 of the pillar was not consumed. How to make a complete self consuming unscented paraffin candle. Any suggestions pls ?? thanks.
