Candybee, How does the Lemon Verbena from AH/RE compare to Lemon Verbena from The Scent Works?? Or can anyone else comment on this?

Do you add the micas directly to the soap mixture or disolve the mica in water, or in oil?

This week I received the silcone liner from nuturesoapsupplies that has the same dimensions as my Upland log mold. The liner is absolutely perfect and the shipping time was great. I will highly recommend them for the liners and I am sure their molds will have the same high quality.

The bars are very pretty & I do like your ash pattern also. I have not decided if I like the scent in CP well enough to keep it in my regular line-up or not.

I wasn't crazy about it in the batch of soap I made so the rest went into candles which smell dead on for chai tea.

Yes, freezer bags work great. Pour in as much as you need for your soap batch and before freezing lay the bag down flat so it freezes almost in the shape of a frisbee. When ready to make soap just break it into pieces in the bag, put in in a pitcher & pour your lye directly onto the pieces & stir for a few minutes & you are ready to go. Don't sitr long enough for it to turn orange or get very warm.

I have to place an order with AH/RE soon. What are some good fragrances for CP soaping that don't accelerate or discolor?

I love the BCN lotion base because it always is so nice & thick and I love the way it soaks into my skin. I wouldn't add anything to the base at all.
