Hey E, this looks to be the same concept as the Xyron's. (http://www.xyron.com/consumer.php?sess_id=f4c97ada69559e43d53444b11d9806da)You can get them in diff. config's (like laminate/adhesive or laminate/magnet or laminate/laminate, etc).
The Xyron's work well, but the price of the refills makes the cost per not very economical if you're looking at doing this in large qty's. Seems to me I had it figured to be about $0.30 ea just for this process.HTH.

I have no dendritic salts. Is is necessary to hold the scent, or is there something else I can use in a pinch? TIA.

A little bit of FO should work.

Laser Laser Laser. The quality can not be matched by an inkjet, I don't care what any body says, lol. Once you see them, you'll understand. Especially on glossy white labels, they look super. Yes cheaper, yes faster, yes better

Replied to your other post, you'll be fine. Shouldn't take more than a week, took mine about 3 days.
-
You'll be fine. When I sent mine in last year, I mailed it on a Thurs., and received my e-mail notification on Monday or Tues. At worst it shouldn't take more than a week.

I use the basic account. Don't do enough sales this way to justify the premium (yet). Like I said, as long as you have a manual imprint of the card, you are much more protected so even a bad card should not be much of a problem.
I've never had a bad card, and like you said, it's no different that accepting checks and I take far more checks than CC's

Yes IMO it's worth it. I have a knucklebuster and only do a handful of shows a year, and I too use Propay. The extra sales it brings in is well worth the Propay fee. And by having a manual imprint of the card you are more protected if there is a problem cuz you have proof you had the card in your hand.
I got an imprint plate w/mine cuz I didn't want to hassle with stamping each one. I take down their addy WITH ZIP (you must have ZIP), phone, and get the 3-digit code off the back of the card....have never had a problem. HTH.

Oh E, those are awesome!! Love the colors....got a spare room if you do lessons, lol!

I really like the second image, very simple but elegant.

A real easy way would be to use a candle warmer. I have a metal creamer that fits perfectly on it and has a pour spout. Can heat FO''s or reheat left over wax for a repour.

Instead of "save" or "save as" ,,,then doing it as a .jpg, you may have to export. Some programs can't read others work, so exporting as a.jpg may work. Should be under the 'File' menu....HTH.

You never cease to amaze.....fantastic!!

Before you possibly really start to like the first one, check with your State regarding names and what is allowed. Here, we are not allowed to use any variation of Co., Company, Inc., etc., in the business name unless you are actually incorporated. I'm not, so couldn't put Co. on the end of my name (which I had originally planned)

I've heard many good things about these. If you wick a lot of jars, it would be a definite time saver...if you only do smaller amounts it's probably a toss up, but the consistent centering of the wick if a big plus no matter how many you do.
Also, if you use a container that isn't supported by the EZ Wick Setter, contact them. You can send them one of your containers and they will customize the EZ to fit your jars at (I believe) no extra charge. HTH.

If you used 1/2 oz of FO for each 4oz. candle you made, that's the equivalent of 2oz./lb. wax. In most cases that's too much, which can actually lock up the scent. Also, if you just made them today, cover them and let them cure for a few days, you'll probably notice a difference in scent throw.
However, when you burn them I would expect significant smoking and difficulty in wicking with that high of a percentage of FO. Try cutting back to 1/4oz. per 4oz. candle (1oz/lb) to start and see what happens.

$5.50 and no one blinks

Depends on the wax and the stove. Paraffin based waxes are definitely a no-no. If you have a catalytic type stove DO NOT burn any petroleum products in it.

What kind of soap......CP and the like or M&P?

Holy Moly Trish! is right

I think you would have better luck using something that had more height to it, thus allowing the water to heat the sides of the pour pot more, rather than just the bottom. If you have (or can get) a Presto Pot, that would work, and can double as a wax melter too. HTH.

De-Solve-It....sold at Wal-Mart I know, not sure where else, works incredibly well. Takes up wax, dye stains, and jsut about anything else you may have, lol. You can also try a bit of FO, as like gets out like. WD-40 may work some too, but stinks awful, ugh.
