Does anyone know where I might find the small cast iron skillets? I had a customer see them somewhere and was wanting to know if I could do them. I am thinking of just buying the skillets not making them out of wax.

I am doing the corn cob stuff to put in the diaper pail and the dirty laundry basket.

I am wanting to make air freshner for a baby shower. It is going to be in a boys room. I was thinking of lavender but I think it smells kind of girly. Does anyone have any more ideas?

If you were to change containers what container would you use? I am using J223 and I am thinking about changes the containers that I use. I am currently using the 13 oz Status Tumbler.

The jar is 3 inch across and 3 1/2 tall. It burns fine until the last 2 inch of wax. Then it soots the jar bad.

I am having trouble getting this jar not to smoke. All the wicks I have used are fine until half way down the jar. I have used a 44-32-18z and a LX 24 and Performa 90, 90, 100. They are seem to do the same thing. I have used several different FO. I am not sure if I got a bad box of J223 or what. I am totally lost. I am embarrased about what it is doing. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it. I need to fill orders but I don't want these candles going out the door if they are going to do that.

I was wondering what everyone puts on there labels for the hurricane candles. Like when you put them in a store. I know people are going to say what is that and I will not be around to tell them what it is.

I was thinking about trying this wicks. Has anyone used them and did you like them? I am using a 13oz tumbler and I have been using the J223 with a zinc wick and I am tired of the mushrooming and the smoking. It burned good until you get down half way thru the jar.

It is scented Choc Brownie. I got the mold from Gate House candles.

The frosting is part gel and part wax.

I couldn't find a plate that I liked to take the picture. I guess I need to take a trip to Wally World. My niece wanted a piece of it. I felt bad when I had to tell her it was a candle.

These is something that I learned at the IGCA Convention. It was so much fun to make. I am going to test burn it later today.

The test burn didn't turn out ok. I used a 51-32-18z and in about 2 hrs it made a mess. So I tried another wick and used a 44-32-18z. I am not happy with either one. I have enclosed the pics. I lite them so the pic would be better. What do u think? Did i need to keep trying or do u think it is ok? I always want everything to be perfect and I don't know when to quit sometimes. Thanks

I was wondering if anyone know if the Carmel walnut from Bitter Creek South was gel safe. I was thinking that it would make a neat pie out of it.

I just got a order from gel-e-wood. Her cherries smell so good. I want a real cherry pie. I have order from her several times. I have been pleased everything.

I was wondering what is the best wax to make pie and embeds. I am hoping that it is the same wax.

I am going to start making pies. If anyone has any helpful hints and suppliers I am all ears.

My daughter fell in love with my raspberry pie. She wants me to make more now. I did order some molds today.

The auctions was fun. I was biding on stuff I didn't want 'cos it was so hot that I was fanning myself. My daughter loved her purse that Alice made. She put all her stuff in it that night.

Did you make it home with all your candles. I put all mine on the table and took pictures. I started making the snowmen but I have to get some stuff for eyes. I had so much fun. Michael is a hoot. You guys messed a lot of fun and knowledge. You need to try and make it next year.
