I did a little more background fact checking an it appears that the "weepness" in brine soaps comes from HP.

I have never had weeping in my brine soaps. However, in my "just a bit of salt" and my salt bars, I usually have some weeping (feels like saline to me) for a day or two after cutting the bars. But it has always disappeared quickly.
Same here.

You can use any recipe, with brine instead of water.
You don't have to change anything but the water.
Same oils, same SF, same additives but, never go higher than 20% brine wich is 20% salt of water (not % of oils)
I've made several Brine-soaps from 5% to 20% salt, I do prefer the 5% for my very sensitive skin though.

You mean lavender and jasmin scented soap? Yeah, I guess that won't work for having a great scent.
Yes - Jasmin or lavenderscented coconutsoap. Have tried a little EO in vinagre softener too.
I am just happy with unscented today.
Try counting, how many different scents you sniff in every day. I was surprised.

I have used 3% lavender and Jazmin soap in my DIY Laundry Detergent. No scent after washing.
Tried a little on a cloth in the dryer but tea towels and cleaning cloth that leaves fatty streaks are not ok,
so no scent here.

I dissolve the cocoapowder in a little oil 1 hour before use, it gives me a deeper brown color in the soap

I tried to pour some soap in a botton-mold, but it didn't work, so
I rebatched that soap in a boilingbag = kind of HP hexagons, ready for use quicker

Salt bar question...
in General Soap Making

My belief is that the weeping is salt from the soap absorbing water from soap and surroundings.
I believe so, cause the stronger I make the brine, the wetter the soap gets.
If I put a fan on, it dissapears.
The liquid feels more like salt water than glycerin.
The wet disappear in a few weeks, where glycerin normally remain on the soap as beads.
