If you would like a few of each size i have to try..Message me..

    I have squares and circles.

    I have all sizes .

I made magnets, coasters and necklaces

I can send you a few.

And tell you some info on whats good etc.

  2. Oh man, I just have to tell you how I do it..

Specially when I need to take out my anger on something..

I double bag in 2 heavy garbage bags. tie it

Take that outside on the black top driveway or cement walks.

I raise that bag as high as I can above my head

and SLAAAAM that sucker down hard.

Works everytime....(I did that alot when i was still with my ex):laugh2:

    When I'm nice and calm?

I do it the good old ice pic, mallet way too...:smiley2:

  3. The closest I have found is from Oregon Trail, which is nice and btw smells exactly like Coty Wild Musk from the 70's if anyone is looking for that.

    :shocked2::shocked2::shocked2::shocked2::shocked2::shocked2:

Do you know how happy you just made me?

I have been searching for a coty dupe for my 12 yrs in biz.

    Never found it....

It is my all time fav perfume. I could swim in it....TY Ty Ty

I am so getting me a big bottle.

What is the full name? I do not want to order the wrong 1.....

    Thanks so much again......:yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay:

  4. Candle Chem is great for dyes, molds, additives, and some tools. And the guy that runs the place, Arnie, is super nice. He ships fast.

However, I have to agree with ChrisR about the FOs. From 2006 to 2008 I tried 60 different FOs, and was not hugely impressed. I would not go so far as to say they were bad, just not incredibly strong, and not all that interesting. They sure do have a lot of them though!

They are within driving distance for me, and I really wish they had great FOs...

I'm shocked to hear this. maybe I was lucky with what I chose.

There are a few light 1's, so I just went to another supplier for what I needed then.

He even had the dead on scent I needed for my buck lure candles.

But also every ones noses are different too.

I know my blueberry muffin scent will only come from AH and my pink peppercorn from just scents.

No one has ever come close for those.

    Trial and error.

Stinks we can't get all our scents from just 1 supplier, but it just don't work that way.

But yes Arnie is awesome to work with..

  5. Candle Chem is 1 of my top suppliers.

He is great to work with too.

I have asked him to sell me bigger bottles before and he has.

    He also ships fast.

I have many fav scents from him, my list would be very long.

Off the top of my head here are my all time fav..

    Cucumber Melon ( the best)

    Keylime pie

    English Ivy

    Creamsicle

    Black Rose (awesome)

Almond Cherry (reminds me of a cherry tootsie pop yum)

    PAPAYA MANGO

    cool water

    Cherry Blossom (light, but nice)

Coconut lime verbena ( strong on lime but very good)

    honeydew melon

Pink Grapefruit ( true to scent..Awesome)

    uuug

    I could keep going.

LOL Really give them a shot.

You can message me and ask me about certain scents you want to try, and if I tried them I will let you know....:grin2:

  6. The deco beads do not work well with oil based fragrance oils. I made 50 vases with them in for my daughters wedding and more for a baby shower. They turn the beads into moosh...they turn super nasty...now i dont know how a water based scent would work. But i thought about trying it...might work

  7. HMMM well..

I think I am changing my mind on CP.:tiptoe:

I just looked at it and felt it and oh my.

    I think I will embrace my CP...lol

Besides, my son just made me an awesome mold with seperaters in it and it would be a waste to use it for OHP right? hehe

I will post cut pics of my CP..It sure does smell good.

  8. I made these soaps in the last 2 days.

I tried 1 CP in moonlit path.

    Left to right:

    Pink Peppercorn

    Moonlit Path

    Coconut Lime Verbena

    J & J bedtime bath, not cut

    And 1 unscented loaf

I also just got done a cucumber melon but no pics yet

  9. Ok, I made my 1st ever CP last night.

    I don't like it. LOL

I think because it's so soft and will take forever to get hard.

I did make a beautiful swirl tho.

I like my OHP so much better, but of course you can't really make those beautiful swirls.

I think I will stick to my OHP....

I might be nuts but I am also very very impatient. haha:cheesy2:

Atleast I know i can make CP if I wanted too....

Oh and of course I used Purple Pop and it turned black instead. Hopefully it will turn.

I wanted purple for the moonlit path scent.

    Oh well....LOL

  10. I am very glad i caught this.

The worse thing you can do is give wrong info.

    Yup, i smacked myself....lol

Start with that recipe and tweak it to ur liking.

Make it as runny or thick as you like.

    I like a thicker sanitizer.

Some that you can buy are just to runny for my liking.

  11. Major blunder..

Omg did i screw up!!! That is not the sanitizer recipe....

I was on some heavy pain meds when i wrote this and i just seen this today.( not drugged up now). Uuug :embarasse

    The real recipe is...

Simple...60% alcohol to 40% aloe gel...then add small amounts of scent...if it seems to runny just add more aloe...too thick? add more alcohol...easy ...and adding a bit of jojoba was correct....or any other oil u like. Just a little added helps.

I also color mine just for fun.

I am so sorry about that and i hope you did not make any yet.....oye....

  12. Alcohol.......thats all u need to get scent 100% out.

I reuse all my bottles and have been doing it for years.

Even the lids. Depends on the strength of fo. Sometimes you can get away with just shaking the bottle up with a little alcohol or u might have to fill bottle up and let it sit for a day. And flip it over onto cap also so it gets into that...works like a charm everytime. The alcohol is also good for taking the scent off of your hands....HTH...:grin2:
