ok i havnt made very many candles but i could not find any information here on a type of candle that i made once, which i could only call an 'ice candle'. i'll give very basic instructions. 1) this is a pillar candle, so select a mould. 2) pour about an inch of wax into the bottom of your mould, and insert a wick which has a base on it. (coloured wax is good) 3)Next fill the rest of the mould with ice cubes. it is recommended to crush the ice to a certain extent, just so it is in smaller chunks. The ice s to form cavities in your candle. 4)Then just fill the rest of the mould with wax, a different colour gives a good effect. 5)this candle will not take long to cool as it has all the ice in it. When it is cooled remove it from the mould. your candle will have a solid base, and will be surrounded with holes left by the ice. have fun
