Very pretty pink! I too love the palm waxes!
-
I think they are all very nice candles, but I am partial to the pink pillars.
-
How cute! I love gel candles - true that we don't see too many on here! Thanks for sharing.
-
I love all of them, but I am partial to the flowered orb! Very nice - I say "Send 'em in!"

I love the look of your candles - I too will be very interested in finding out how they burn for ya!

If you have to wait, you can hit the top of the 1st layer w/ a heat gun & let it start cooling again. Then pour the next layer -- that way you have a warm base layer that you can now add a hotter 2nd layer to.
Susan.
Yep, I do that, especially with Palm Wax - it cools and shrinks away from the mold so quickly when doing layers the heat gun is a must.

Just beautiful! I love the way you wrapped the basket! She is gonna love it!

Thanks so much everyone for the compliments and the suggestions! I'll try to pour even cooler than the 150, and I think that I will try pouring (after sloshing) a little slower too.
Thanks again everyone!

These look GREAT....Love the colors...Where do you get your Baby-Powder ? I have tried several different ones...but the scent itself seems to change the white or Pink to a weird color...I need one that stays TRUE!!
Joyce
I don't mean to hi-jack, but I get my Baby Powder fo from WSP - it's clear so no changing of the candle color!

Wow, I'd never know that was your first one- it looks great! My first one went back in the pot! Nice work.

How nice - she's gonna love it!

Gorgeous! Absolutely gorgeous!

Cool layers and I love the colors.

That really looks good! Funny thing, I made a square one the exact same color! Unfortunately, I tested one of my own tea lights in it and it melted the sides of the base candle, and yeah, I did use a plug! Back to the lab we go!

That is one really cool looking candle! Love the feather!

Those are some really cool looking candles!

I can buy a lot of candle making supplies for my $65.00! Totally insane!

Adorable, but I really like the bear soft and fuzzy!

I use the cardboard type sachets and envelopes from Magestic Mountain Sage. HTH

You know, I thought the same thing...that they all come from the same manufacturer, so how could it be different? I did email the supplier - no response yet, but I'm quite sure they are mis-labeled. Too see the two votives burning side by side, there is NO question that these are two very different sized wicks. Thanks everyone for your input.
