  1. I have decided to jump in with both feet and start making soap..But as a newbie at this, after reading the recipe section, I notice there is no mention of what the processes are to make them. I understand how to use the calculators, but which method do we use to "cook" the recipes? Thanks in advance...Linda
  2. I am here in Albuquerque and I go to the 3 or 4 good shows they have here. I have been interested in selling at them, but have found out that they charge on the average of $395. for the 3 days. Granted, alot of the crafts are the high end type, but there are also alot of "regular" crafters. After reading some other forums, I have found that most ppl. don't pay anywhere near that to sell at a show in other states. I am really discouraged about this and wonder what the heck does a beginner do? And can I ask how much most ppl. pay for shows they sell at? Thanks a bunch....
  3. Hi, all... I have read the archives and have seen ppl's advice about their formulas, but I am now confused about what I just read on the GenWax site. I thought the idea was to add vybar 103 to hurricanes to make them harder and that it was supposed to help with the translucency. Well, Genwax says its a hardener and makes candles opaque. Then I looked at the Micro wax and they said that it makes candles harder and translucent. The opposite of what I thought. Can I get an opinion ? Thanks..
