Hi, I'm Ronnie. I like skateboarding and always buying wax from storers and using emergency candles to make tricks slide more.

  1. Chris, I'll check that out. I appreciate the help. thank you.
  2. Hi Everybody. I'm trying to mess around with wax mixtures and wanted to get some opinions. I want to make "skateboard wax" I've been using paraffin in silicon molds and it's been fun but trying to come up with something a bit better to play with. Skateboard wax needs to: 1: Not fall apart or crumble when it's being rubbed on the skateboard or obstacles at the park. 2: Be hard enough that it won't melt or become soft on a average summer day. 3: Not cave in or shrink too much 4: hard wax and not sticky. I usually by 4 pack emergency candles from 7/11 to use for wax, that's pretty basic and works well. Lot's of candles that I'll get from a store crumble and break apart when trying to wax a bar or my trucks. Can anybody offer any ideas for me to mess around with? Thank you, -ronnie
