Hi,
That is the only dyes I use and LOVE them, and as far as the colors for soy I just use a few more drops than normal or add a drop or two of black for a deeper color.

Hi,
I was wondering what the easiest and fastest way everyone uses to reheat the wax to top off the votives, I use to use the astorlite v and did not have to do this so, so sny help would be great. Last time I did this I put my pour pot in my oven on 180 and it took FOREVER, so any Ideas would be great!
Thanks,
Valerie

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has ordered from cierra candle supply, they are the only supplier with both fragrances I need for a special order. I have heard good things on another site, just wondered what everyone here thought.
Thanks for any thoughts!

Hi,
Well I use the wick centering tool, but before that someone had given me a great tip and that was to trace the bottom of my container on to paper and then to measure the exact center and make a dot, then place your jar on top and you will have a perfect wick. I would highly recommend investing in the tool, much faster! and no thinking to do it! Hope this helps!

Hi,
Well I have been reading lots of great things about this wax so I thought I would order a sample of it and give it a try. I was wondering thought if some one could help me out i use a 16 oz. elevation jar and a 5 oz. elevation jar, I currently double wick the 16oz. jar and was wondering about where to start with wicks with the 70/30 blend, the jar 16oz is about 3.5 in in diam.
Thanks so Much!!

HI,
I used to use astorlite v, from peaks but they discontinued it so now I am using the 4794 and with the v I did not have to do a repour and with this wax I did a repour after about 35 min and ended up with large sink holes I was wondering how long I should wait to do A repour.
Thanks so much!

Hi,
I started with just the 16 oz. and then added the 4.5 oz jar, and people love the small jar they feel like they can sample a scent without having to buy the large jar in case they do not care for the scent. Hope that helps.

I was wondering if someone here could help me out, I am very new to b&b and I made the shea lotion today using 6 oz. base 4.5 oz water, that seemed alittle to thin to me I like a thicker lotion so I was wondering if I should go more lotion less water maybe 6oz base 2 oz water? if anyone here has any ideas I'd love to hear from you!
Thanks,

Hi,
I was reading that if you get your containers from a reliable company you do not need to clean them, so I was wondering if the soap jar was one?
thanks,

Hi,
I am new to the whole b&b I order lip balm stuff and will be using flavor oils in it, but for lotion can I use fo as long as it is skin safe? And how do I figure out the amount you can use? For example I will be doing 16 oz. lotion base and I read somewhere 1% fo, how do I figure out the ounces or grams? If someone could please help me on this I would greatly appreciate it! Also, Do I need to clean out the tubes I bought to put the lotion or will they be ok?
