A really simple one is cocoa butter and virgin coconut oil.

It has a lovely coconut/chocolate smell. I don't measure. If I had to guesstimate, I'd say I use 70/25 cocoa/VCO. I melt it and whip it as it cools.

I had this happen on soap for DH. I told him it was purely cosmetic and made him use it (I know, I'm a bully). It washed right off.

If it's for your own personal use, rinse it and ignore. DH's skin hasn't fallen off (yet).

I had the opposite problem - I received my oil and it was hard (I'm in a chilly area) and during the summer, I received a very liquid batch...It amuses me that we had the opposite reactions! (Not laughing at you!! Laughing at me!)

I cook with flax (any recipe that can handle nuts can handle flax seeds).

Also, you can use flax as a hair gel. Boil the seeds until the water is mushy, gel-like, strain, bottle, cool, and use. Great for fine hair.

I'm so glad I saw this!! I have a swap that's now overdue but all the info is in a SoapDish PM...Guess I'll go poke around the Side Dish (never heard of it until today).

I always thought it was because I'm a major control freak that I like HP. CP is just too much pour and move on.
