WaxLovr
I've tested dozens of blends of wax in the last year. Paraffin, soy, and blends of both. I've tried hundreds of oils from a dozen suppliers. I've poured hot, medium, cool. I've tried Vybar and I've tried UA. I've poured with 1 -1.5 oz per pound wax. And while I get okay to good results, I cannot get amazing results. Therefore I think the final thing is fragrance load. It has to be 1.75- 2 oz per pound of wax. Unless there is some special technique I am missing I don't know what else it could be. Some waxes that are super strong: BeezyLake Providence Lodge Super Tarts Some people argue Rose Girls and Vintage Chic Scents are also strong but they are are only medium to me. Guest OldGlory
I think testing is the final frontier in candlemaking. Not wax, not fragrance, not wick, not technique - but rather finding what works for you. Congrats on finding what works for you!
