CONTEST VALID ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (INCLUDING HAWAII) AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.1. ENTRY: To enter, access the www.ngiwax.com and view official rules of the “EcoSoya® Candle Contest”. Contest begins 12:01 A.M on May 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59 P.M. on August 10, 2012. Limit one (1) entry per person, company, or organization, per contest period listed in the dates above. Entrants need to download the “EcoSoya® Candle Contest Entry Form”, and complete all requested information. Incomplete entry forms will result in a rejection of the participant’s entry. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Entrants must then complete a test sample candle using any of the four (4) EcoSoya® waxes currently manufactured and sold by Nature’s Gifts International, LLC. Contest sponsor is Nature’s Gifts International, LLC. Entrants need to send the completed entry form and their sample test candle to Nature’s Gifts International, LLC, c/o EcoSoya® Candle Contest, 10524 Lexington Drive, Suite 400, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37932. NGI, LLC is not responsible for providing any or all materials to create an entrants sample candle. Materials may be acquired through a distributor of EcoSoya® products. The cost associated with manufacturing, packing, and sending (i.e. postage) is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Nature’s Gifts International, LLC is not responsible for any costs associated with entering this contest. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Nature’s Gifts International, LLC and will not be returned. For a copy of these Official Rules, print them from www.ngiwax.com or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 15, 2012 to Nature’s Gifts International, LLC, Attn: Rules Request, EcoSoya® Candle Contest, 10524 Lexington Drive, Suite 400, Knoxville, Tennessee 37932. 2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Nature’s Gifts International, LLC and their respective affiliates, officers, distributors, agencies, and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Only entries composed of EcoSoya® Soy wax as its sole wax component received from an NGI, LLC approved distributor are eligible for entry. Sample entries may use decorative items, dyes, and fragrances if he/she desires. Any entries found to not adhere to these regulations will result in an immediate disqualification from the contest.3. JUDGING: Nature’s Gifts International, LLC will review all entries and select one (1) Grand Prize winner on or about August 13, 2012, in Knoxville, TN. Entrants need not be present to win. Potential winner will be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner does not respond within five (5) days of the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Any entries submitted and received after 11:59 P.M. (EST) on August 10, 2012 will not be considered as a valid contest entry.4. PRIZE/ODDS: Nature’s Gifts International, LLC will award one (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize consists of $500 in the form of a check written to entrant’s name or business. Nature’s Gifts International, LLC may determine additional prize components at their own sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prizes and expenses, including, without limitation, federal, state and local sales, and income taxes, luxury taxes and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the prize. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. No prize substitutions or equivalents are permitted except at Nature’s Gifts International, LLC’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or great value. Prize will be delivered to winner’s residence or place of business listed on the entry form. 5. GENERAL: Contest is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering this Contest, entrants expressly acknowledge that these Official Rules have been drafted in the English language, and that any translation prepared for any reason will be of no legal effect and the English version of these Official Rules shall govern any dispute. By participating, contestant releases Nature’s Gifts International, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, death, loss, tax liability, or damage of any kind arising from the contestant’s participation in this Contest, or resulting from entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes and signifies winner’s consent that Nature’s Gifts International, LLC and/or its agents may use winner’s name, address (city and state only), prize information, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in any media now existing or hereinafter devised, without additional compensation. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) late, delayed, incomplete, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries, (2) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry or story information; (3) any human error, technical malfunctions, or lost-delayed data transmissions; (4) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software; or (5) inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction. Nature’s Gifts International, LLC reserves the right to: (i) disqualify from this or any Contest it sponsors, now or in the future, any person it finds, in its sole discretion, has intentionally, violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, the operation of the Contest or Website, or any other aspect of this Contest; and (ii) cancel or suspend the Contest in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Contest.
