After about nine months of reading and trying to absorb as much as I can of everyone's awesome insight and knowledge in the fascinating world of candlemaking I figured it was time to try posting my very first question. I am currently making candles and tarts for myself and my family using 6006 as well as a straight parrafin (no additives) for mottled containers. I have a few fragrances that I have been searching for that I just can't seem to find. Right now the one that is really driving me crazy is an apple pie filling fo. One that smells like the rich warm filling instead of all of the hot baked Apple pie fo's out there that overwhelmingly smell like strong spices and Apple. I smelled a candle with this exact fragrance at kmart of all places but it was terrific.
