Glowlite
I'm not positive but...German is more for holistic purposes. Although the roman is used this way too it just tastes better. Plant wise they are two compelety different types of plants. I can grow roman here in my garden but I can't grow german..propably cus I suck at growing annuals. Glowlite
Then german might be the way to go.In one herb book I have it says "German chamomile has a long tradition of domestic remedy used for a wide variety of purposes including an external compress, gout, lumbago, inflammations, rheumatism, and skin ailments. A tea, decoction, or tincture has long been used for treating colic, convulsions, croup, diarrhea, fever, indigestion, insomnia, infantile convulsions, toothache, bleeding or swollen gums.In the same book under Roman it says Pleseant tasting, calming tea.
