I looked into this last year and they're basically not made except by custom order. I contacted Penn-Wheeling (I think it was them) about one I'd found in a pic and that's what they told me. They did suggest I contact that customer and see if they would sell some to me. I did, but it was by case qty only (1500 or so) and just havent' needed them yet.
