safetysue Posted September 25, 2010 Share Posted September 25, 2010 You didn't mention what program you're using but if you're using MS Publisher you set that in the print window by determining what row and what column you want to print. I think the only way to do this in MS Word is actually type on each label what you need label before you print -but I could be wrong.
