alwaysalady Posted September 7, 2010 Share Posted September 7, 2010 Help! I tried my hand at making some scented crystal rock potpourri and the color did not exactly take. I used candle dye as I read somewhere that it was the best to use. Does anyone have any experience with this? I did also use Glycerin and Glycol DPG. Could that be the problem? Most of the recipe's I've seen don't have those added so I'm just curious. I've just gotten a 40lb bag of salts so I'm ready to start playing! And I thought I had read to use mica to color them?
