I have a couple of pear mixes:Macintosh (CS) + Brandied Pear (CS) ... sometimes I add a little CS CinnamonMacintosh (CS) + Spiced Pear (Berts)C&S carries a Honey Pear, at least they used to, and it was one of the ones that threw good for me ... I would mix that one with Apple Cider from Alabaster. Hope this helps.I guess I should add that I use 6006, 6% fo, and a 3 day cure.
