My daughter wants me to make some soap and other stuff to take to a festival she goes to next year. This is only a hobby for me so I don't want to do the lab testing. Do scrubs and body butters have to be tested? Regardless of whom you sell to, its important to make sure you've got your recipes and procedures down and you have insurance. Even friends and family can sue you.
