Are you making pillars or containers? If containers, then maybe mostly white wax marbled w/ a light blue or bluish-prurple ... the color of snow in the shade. Mtngrl Posted November 5, 2005 Share Posted November 5, 2005 MOttles are pretty easy as long as you have a straight paraffin. It's been my experience that FOs make the wax mottle better than mineral oil. I have yet to use vybar 343 to aid in a more consistent appearance, but I've seen some pix recently that makes me want to try it.What kind of wax are you using? Earlier this year I made some rustic, tilted, layered pillars that people seemed to like (didn't take any photos though). HTH.
