kinipela
I found these on MMS. Neither has a preservative. I've never used a preservative before, I just make up a handful of salt/oil. How much preservative/what kind would one need to add? Recipe 1: .50 lb fine Sea Salt 3 ounces Colorless Jojoba Oil 1 ounces Sunflower Oil 2 ounces Melt and Pour Soap Base 2 ml fragrance oil Recipe 2: 180 gram white sugar 40 grams brown sugar 90 grams Sunflower Oil 5 grams Liquid Glycerin (not Melt & Pour Soap Base) 10 grams Colorless Jojoba Oil 50 drops fragrance oil
TheQueen
Generally 1% of your total liquid/oil weight. But check the recommendation on the preservative of your choice.
Jadryga
Some preservatives can go at much lower, so best to check. I think if you're going anhydrous, your choices are limited to liquipar and optiphen. Liquid germall plus and others are usually for o/w or w/o (oil in water and water in oil emulsions), if I remember right, and may not incorporate properly in anhydrous recipes.
