Tess
Well we finally poured our first hope to be sellable batch!! Our Misty Creek 16Bar mold had her maiden voyage in the following:Cool Water (LSCS)-No seizeFruit Slices (Peak) - No seizeEucalyptus & Green Tea (Peak) - No seizePlumeria (Peak) - Slight SeizeStill playing with my oxides so the cool water was supposed to be a light blue with dark blue swirl, but the light blue came out more like a gray. So with the light blue swirl it actually did not look too bad. We'll see when we cut. Definately masculine though.Fruit Slices my partner got skerd and just made a straight orange bar (would have looked great with a red swirl)Plumeria just a straight burgandythe GreenTea/Eucalyptus was the last so it traced a bit so I really could not play with the color. Tried for a green but I think it still looked too yellowish from the oils.Is there any way to make the yellowish tint of my soap look more "White"? All in all They all look smooth when in the mold, everything went well! I cannot wait to cut these babies!!! Thanks!!!
