lorettamae_71
I am considering getting into fundraisers and home parties. Would someone please tell me where I need to start. Do I need brochures or what. If I do parties, what do I need on hand? If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.Thank You,Loretta
andrealh1975
Loretta, I saw in your profile that you haven't made candles in a long time...I would first start there, making sure your products are ready to be sold. Make sure you've registered your business w/ your state, etc. Then venture into fundraisers and home parties.

jamie
I was thinking of doing some home parties. WE just moved here to a new town and I'm meeting new people. I've given some of my products as "gifts" to help me advertise. And since my products are new to this area, a lot of ladies want it. I had a few friends ask if I would do it if they had a "ladies night out" home party. This would be a great way to get my product out there. My question is, would it be okay to take one of each of my bath products, like fizzies, shea butter and scrubs and let them place an order ? I have plenty of candles to take, but I' afraid to make up a lot of bath and body products then I take a chance of them not selling.
