NNK Posted December 9, 2006 Share Posted December 9, 2006 organic unrefined coconut (or i guess virgin coconut) has a lower saponification value (i believe 0.138 NaOH), as 76 degree coconut has 0.183 NaOH SAP.I think that's all i know.
