jazzbo848 Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 if you are looking for qualities in soap, you need to know what the oils/butters are going to become once they combine with the lye and liquid. if you want them for lotions/creams/butters, that is another matter.i.e., coconut oil in soap is very cleaning and can be considered harsh by some, but in a butter it is wonderfullt moisterising.you need to know what product you are going to use it for, and sutdy those results.cheryl Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
