JenniferK Posted September 5, 2006 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Hello, all!Since many here make and sell canldes professionally, I am sure this is the right group to ask:Are there any regulations, laws or governing bodies or state boards that regulate or dictate who can and can not be a professional candle maker in the USA or any of the states?Are there any laws other than sales that govern who can be a professional candle maker?Are there any certification required to become such a professional?
