Everything was done over the computer and I had my stamp in a few days. The detail is magnificent and I couldn't be happier! I had this stamp made for my soap boxes so I would only have to label the back with the ingredients. (Trying to save a little $$$) I have no personal gain in this, I just did a search, found them online and am one very satisfied customer!
