CountryGal
I am going to try to make some M*P soap this weekend. I got the rest of my ingredients yesterday. I have plastic molds...do I need to use a spray on release? I have heard mixed things. Also, is the PAM cooking spray something you'd want to use or not? I don't want to screw them up. I'll post pics though when I'm done. (also, can you use real brown sugar in these or not???) Thanks!!!
Tara
You should need to but I sometimes will use some olive oil to act as a mold releaser:wink2:
LovelyLathers
I do n't put any thing in my molds. If I have trouble getting one to release I put it in the freezer for a few minutes depending on how big the mold is and then it pops right out. Don't leave it in the freezer too long or the soap will sweat. SUE
scntdwik
It has been my experience with M&P that if it wont come out of the plastic mold, you havent let it sit long enough. The longer you let it sit in the mold, the easier it is to get out.Shouldnt have to use anything on it.
