patty1963 Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 Wonder if anybody can help. Have been trying to use IGI 6006, with containers. Like the wax, hot and cold throw. I have been using all kinds of wicks and they all seem to mushroom. Have used zinc, RRD, LX, Htp, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions to try be I try another brand of wax. At wits end. tonyalkay Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 I am with you on the wick problem. I am testing this wax also. I love the scent throw just can't get the darn wicks right. I have had success with two FO's so far with a HTP 105 getting a full melt pool in an 8 oz round jar from Wick's Wares but one sooted pretty bad, the other one has minimal soot.
