Yep after reading through this, and following the saga over at tsr with the admin that is associated with that company, and the way he treats board members etc..just keeps me farther away from ever buying from them! Nope, no way, there are so many more decent, RESPECTFUL, trustworthy suppliers out there to bring my business too! This company OBVIOUSLY does NOT care about its customers to treat people the way they do! The first thing they need to do is take control of that admin they have running the board over there! That man I believe has single handedly run off more customers than they can even imagine!

    Gotta agree with you on that one! I used to get my jars and a few FO's from Alabaster but stopped as soon as he took over the board. The fact that they let this guy speak down to their customers/potential customers over there reflects poorly on their company. Although the customer is not always right (although I think Nana probably was in this situation) you should never treat your customers poorly...and in this situation a simple "I'm sorry for your troubles finding us" would have done wonders.

  2. Can't say i'm surprised....I was using them as my wax supplier about a year ago because they are the closest to me and the shipping is the cheapest. I think I had three to four cases of wax that I had to return in a three month period...they sent me the wrong stuff. It even said the wrong wax number on the outside of the box so it was just a case of someone not sending out the right item. Although they did replace it I switched suppliers because I don't have time to wait on a poor supplier. I hate to have to pay more in shipping but in this case it was worth it. The last box of Votive wax I got had the right number on the outside but I swear it was the wrong wax because it was way too hard and did not melt fully in my tart warmer....

  3. I just wanted everyone else to know how bad of a company e-fax is in case anyone has been thinking of using them for their business. Although their service was fine while I used it, if you ever want to cancel your account they WILL NOT let you.

    I have been trying to cancel my account for two months now. I get on their online system (which you have to use because there is no phone number for cancelling an account, just setting one up) and they tell me "we'll give you two months free service" even though i've told them that's NOT what I want, I just want the damn thing cancelled. The first time they did this of course I forgot within that time period to get back online and cancel with them until I was charged again...so I go through the whole process again. Tell the guy i've already had a free trial, I still don't want it, please cancel it. He refuses and gives me another two free months. This time I remember to contact them within their two month time period and i'm told that I have a "corporate" account (which I never set it up that way) and that I have to call a special phone number that is open 24/7. Guess what? I call...it's closed :rolleyes2 So I leave a nasty message (cause i'm sick and tired of this now and I KNOW they are going to hit up my bank card again soon) and hopefully SOMEONE....ANYONE will cancel my account.

    Sorry about the rant, I just hate it when companies do this. I will NEVER use them again because of this. Just a heads up. On the up side if anyone out there wants a couple months free just tell them you want to cancel your account, LOL. (ok that was mean)

    Just a WARNING!!! the plastic straws are a fire hazzard.

    There are some gel embed sites that sell glass straws that would be safer.

    I agree, I pointed her in the direction of some glass straws a while back when she posted her Pina Colada candle. Dayglow, I hope you switch to using glass straws soon, even if they are just for decoration :wink2:
