WOW!! Love it!

Thank you, Suzy and Stella!! @Horsesense-Yes, it is an expensive mold (at least to me) and I'm glad I spent the money now.

Thanks, everyone!

Thanks, CandleAddict!

Good job! I bought a pair of scrapbooking scissors to get that "torn" look on the edges of some Christmas tags I made.

THanks everyone for the replies and your experiences!

I received several bottles of FO in a giveaway on Facebook recently. Most of them are Christmas fragrances and I don't plan to use them until next fall at least. Will they store well if tightly capped and kept in the dark? A couple of the fragrances are not my type at all and I may put them up for someone who would want them, but not sure yet.
Thanks!

Unless you really want to make the ribbons yourself, get something like this:
http://www.sugarcraft.com/catalog/candymolds/M-misc/Misc-molds.htm#misc-ribbons
Make the ribbons in pink. Embed them in clear MP then back with either pink or white MP.

Awesome!! I was hooked after my first time, too.

Did you deliberately try for a marbled look? Those look awesome and very realistic. Very cool!! BTW how did you get that great black color? I am jealous!!
Thanks, Candy! I used clear melt and pour and added black oxide (Nature's Garden) and some white pearl mica. The loofah in there shows through in some spots, too.
I've found from experience and from input here and others that you can only get that true black with the clear base. Opaque base just turns a gunmetal gray.

Thanks, everyone!

Thanks, Jeanie and Georgia!

Oh my gosh! I had to look super close- they look so real. Great job. I have soap supplies coming tomorrow. I can't wait to give it a try!
Just be sure not to pour the MP when it is super hot. I almost melted the "mold"!!

Thanks, Kitn and Deb. I am thrilled with how cute they turned out!!

Just a note: I was at an antique mall this weekend and a vendor had some craft items for sale. She used the same logo as I used in my soaps. I noticed hers had a sticker that said they were officially licensed or used by permission....something to that effect. So I suppose there is a way to use them legitimately. I'll check with my friend from NCAA.

I am still learning and only do melt and pour. I had given a gift of a pink rose soap w/ mica dusted onto the design on top to my future Mother-In-Law and she loved it. She showed it to one of her home helpers (she is homebound) and she asked if she could buy some to give as gifts. I made up pink (rose scented) and lilac (lavendar/rose scented) soaps in the rose patterns w/ mica dust on the designs and charged $4 each. She wanted 10, so I made $40!! I threw in one of my Christmas embedded soaps as a gift to her.
This was all unofficial and no taxes were charged or anything like that, but it sure felt good that someone wanted to pay for my soap. Still trying to decide whether to pursue the business side or not.
Just wanted to share.:smiley2:

Thanks, Faerywren, I won't be selling them, but might do team colors at some point.
Kitn-I thought it turned out pretty good, too.

Nature's Garden is in Ohio....any closer?

I know, I didn't think about it either and was really disappointed. I even invested in our rival team's ice cube trays to sell to those fans. I may find a fan to give them to, LOL!
