I had to buy my xmas candles, because I did not have time to do my own, I don't lite them it's just for show.
So I go shopping in this very nice little boutique and found 2 beautiful red pillar, they smell amazing but when I got home I took the plastic off and the wick came out, I left them on the counter overnight and this morning they had leak red on the counter. WOW
How can they sell this kind of candles??
and they were not cheap!!!!

how can yoy stick it at the bottom of the hole, what about the wick?? I put it outside of the mold, on top of the wick................:embarasse

Hello:
wax is leaking from mold, I use palm wax (feathery)and pour at 190......I use putty 2 kinds one on top of the other, plus large tape, but I still have leaking and I lose most of my wax..........Any other tips you can give me.......Pleeeease...............:undecided

Hello: Can I repour candles that I will not use, I did not like the look of 6 candles, but they smell so good. Will I get the same design and smell if I repour?

thank you Chris, it makes sense to me that a round mold would be the best for beeswax.

7/5 square braid wick, that is what they said on the package?? Do you think the wick is too big?

I burn 2-3 hours at one time...............this candle only gave me 18 hrs.

5 point star lavender beeswax candle, 31/2 x 4/12 high, wick 7/5 square braid. I started to test this candle, and after a while it leaked on the side, and only burned 18 hrs. Is the wick too big?? What could be the problem.

Thanks I Will Try The Silicone, I Already Tried The Fridge Last Night, And Still Could Not Take Out Of The Mold, So I Used The Heat Gun, But It Ruins The Look Of The Candles.
