Hey i have left 6 emails between 1/13/11 and today the site is a free one from yahoo and the credit card charge thing is Moellers marine and the phone that is given is a cell phone i was calling it and then it went to voice mail when at first it was ringing. anyway i am pretty sure it is a scam so beware people

I already did it says "if you ordered and received shipped materials" I know i wish i would have this site sooner to ask all of you which site to go with. I guess a HARD lesson learned !! Even "The Fair Credit Billing Act" says if you did not receive the product that was ordered that you have a right to have it credited back. Well the thing is it said if there were more than 12 of a particular kind it would be 15-30 days... but for regular orders 7-10 days and thats went by already... thats why i ordered only one of a few of each. I just am wondering because to me i had to search for days for the number... and before i used the number i emailed twice and let a week go by, no response. The address on the site has no street address. This just is all too fishy for me. though i was so glad to have the money to get the candle stuff i did not look at the site closely. I was just wondering if i should start the credit card charge back, that way i get my money back. Just stinks ...i would much rather have the candle stuff than the money

What do i do???? i bought 200 in candle supplies from brighterscents.com On January 13, 2011 how long should i wait for a tracking number or something the site says for multiple (anything over 12 of any one thing) but i only got one of somethings here is what i ordered anyone could tell me how much time this would usually ship in??? I did not get a tracking number only an order number and i called hundreds of times and i emailed 3 times no response and i left 3 messages on the answering machine...???????? I think i was scammed !!! I used credit card is there a law against that?

I bought 200 dollars of candle making supplies from brighterscents.com I have not received a tracking number and i wondered how long does the order usually ship in because i am frustrated and about to report them. I ordered my things on January 13, so i was wondering how long is long enough to at least get a tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times with no response and i have called thousands of times. I have not gotten one reply at all. I feel ripped off thats 200 dollars i was trying to save myself some money and make my own candles. So please anyone know how long it takes to get these products to me should be???
