They are still using the 2 oz portion cups.....I just found this on the board posted from yesterday:
While I was in the paper cup/plate aisle tonight at my local Super Wal-Mart I came across a 50pk of the round 2oz potion cups with lids. They are the #5 in the recycle triangle so they are acceptable for use in tart making. It was $1.97 for the pack. Great way to try them out before order 2000 from a resteraunt supply place or such. I grabbed a pack to play with as I make clamshell tarts but always have someone asking if I do single tarts too.
I am so tempted to ask someone if they know if this size is for specific warmers or is the customer expected to cut them up or what...but sometimes on dumb questions the answers are a little....ummm...testy? So I've not got the nerve to post our questions about those yet but I may one day when I feel brave ........Just thought you'd like to read that in case you didn't see it on the board.
