  1. Isbennis, I did a craft show today and sold every warmer I purchased through Colonial Tin. Almost weekly they have a variety of warmers on sale. I check weekly and purchase ones I am interested in. I had been doing this this for about 4 months to stock up on a variety of warmers. The box warmers with sayings such as "Always Kiss Me Goodnight" were a hit. Sold 12 of them and could of sold more, but ran out of those. Had 10 dog house warmers and sold all of them. I won't pay regular prices on their warmers. Eventually every warmer will be on sale at one point or another. I love the looks of the weathervane warmers, but missed the chance of buying them on sale. I'll have to watch for them to go on sale again. One bonus about these is that they do not look like Scentsy warmers in any way. I really think you will like their warmers.

  2. I was just browsing under the household section of Craigslist looking for a washer and dryer for my daughters apartment when I see the heading ...... (Two Scentsy Partially Used Bars) I busted out laughing before I clicked to see what this was all about. My stomach hurts and I literally have tears running down my face. I can barely type to share this. Heading....... Two Scentsy Partially Used Bars..........I have the 3.2 oz size "Mad About Mint" & "Grape Granita" scents. The mint has two blocks missing and the grape has one. These were just not scents I ended up liking. They were 5.00 new. Make me a reasonable offer. I am willing to ship-you pay the shipping..............I needed a laugh like this!!!!!!!! I feel great.

  3. I thought the same thing but its been 6 hours and still smoking. Not a good selling point. By the way your warmer is going to smoke and stink during the first couple uses. I also got the heating plate warmers from them today, love those. May call tomorrow and see if I can swap the illumination warmers for the others.

  4. I just received an order from candle warmers. I noticed some smoke releasing from the top and thought maybe it was fragrance oil burning off. Lifted the bowl off and out comes a cloud of smoke. I called candle warmers and they said to add more melts. I told them that wasn't the problem as I had put enough tarts in for adequate depth of melted wax. She then said the burning smell may continue for the first couple uses. Is this to be expected from the illumination warmers?

  5. I was looking through my book of notes from this forum and noticed cranberry orange spice and baked apple highlighted under ICS . Guess its time to add yet another supplier. Money going out does not = money coming in, but I'm sure having fun.

  6. Can't wait to try that Belgian Chocolate. I may even make a candle for myself. I threw in the towel on candle making about 6 months ago. Too much testing and very expensive. Just making tarts and selling warmers now. Soaping is on my list of things to try, just not now. Thanks again for all your great suggestions. I'll keep you posted.

  7. Thanks Chris, I just ordered 16oz of belgian chocolate. I have never ordered from them before. Their dark espresso vetiver was being offered as the scent of the week, so I threw that on my order. If you only carried one vanilla, what would you choose? My goal is to carry a max. of 25 scents, 25 awesome scents. That means I have alot of tossing to do.

  8. Tootie,

I am experiencing every problem, sinkholes, rough tops, etc.....I went as far as pouring 10 candles at a 5 degree difference ranging from 115-160. So much can happen between the harvesting and final product being shipped out. I have way too much money and time invested using the 464. I will have to bite the bullet and order another box. I am testing other waxes just in case.
