I have to agree that CPHP is the way to start. That is how I started and I felt as though I was more "in control" of the situation. I have done CP as well and to me there is more "work" involved than with CPHP.

As for the Cocoa Butter ...... you can find it at Walmart; Rite Aid; CVS etc, in the aisle where they sell the lotions and creams. It comes in a "push up" tube (I do believe 1oz or 2oz). Costs about $2.00. hth

I also use zinc, tried so many others and keep coming back to zinc. They do mushroom, but for me, they are more consistant with the wax I use.
