Yes, those ingredients are what I have found researching. I decided to take the mixture and poured a couple of teaspoons of it into my girls shampoos. It is working great. We have to shake it up.....but we are getting a 2 in 1 effect and the girls love it and if it helps repell the boogers...I am thankful!
I thought we were past this...I thought it was only little kids who got it. My kids never had it when they were little, but now that they are teenagers .... now that they are Sophmores.....GRRRRRRR....I would have never thought we would be dealing with this when they were older.
Thanks everyone, for your input and suggestions. Really appreciated.
I have also been looking up making a shampoo bar out of it. That may be the way to go.
Head and shoulders shampoo also does it.. I used this with my sister before.. Worked wonders..

Back from the show! I think the "fuse" would be attached to the underside of the paper wrap so that when you unwrap it the wick will come off with the packaging and you will just have the 2 halves of the bomb. Solved !Warning labels, LOL I will just put something on the "fuse" so they cant light it. I know there is a chemical you can use.... cant think right now but it will come to me. Bruce
Perhaps simply twisting the paper more so that it looks like a paper fuse.. if you used a larger piece, like tissue paper, and then twist real tight.. or, use like a gold (or white) twister seal and wrap it around the paper real tight.. would negate the need for a warning on it..

If you are using the pot for the same kind of wax each time, you can weigh out 1 pound incriments and then use some type of marker ( i use a perminate black sharpie, but you could use like an ice pick and make a scratch) to denote each pound of wax in the pot, makes dyes and fo's easier to decipher
Low cost items you use to make candles

Paper Cups.. I get them from costco in Bulk.. the small ones are great for making a small pour spout to fill in little molds ( like blueberries and rosehips, and detail) the little larger are great for mixing one candle fragrance at a time. Also, when i do Pillars, i just pour the excess into the cup, easy to pop out when i do a repour and doesn't tie up my pour pots. Also much easier if you are trying to do small amounts of color out of the same batch. a few drops if dye in the cup, easier to pour, and keep the pot "pure". When i'm done with the cut, i remove all the wax before tossing and put it in a bag for chunks later.
